- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract, or pure flavor extract of choice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup ice cubes

- Add ice cubes; process until smooth.
- Pour preparation into 1-1/2-quart (6 cup) ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Remove ice cream to storage container; freeze up to 1 month. Servings: about 3-1/2 cups. Prep Time: 10 minutes. Freezing Time: 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving, so ice cream is easier to scoop.
Note
The flavor of ice cream is dependant upon the flavor of yogurt that is used, and/or the flavor of pure extract.
For a fruity ice cream, fold in up to 1-1/2 cups whole or diced fresh or frozen fruit(s) of choice at end of step 2.
