Michelle Hill is a mother, home cook, and food safety advocate based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. When her family began managing multiple food allergies — eliminating egg, dairy, wheat, soy, beef, and artificial dyes — she turned challenge into calling. Over 15 years, that personal journey became a professional mission: giving families the tools, recipes, and confidence to cook safely and deliciously.

Michelle is a Culinary Allergen Specialist, Certified Professional–Food Safety (CP-FS), CFPM, and HACCP-Certified food safety professional. She founded AllergenFreeCooking.com and 9allergens.com as trusted hubs for allergen information, advocacy, and recipes, and is Co-Owner of HACCP Zone. She also serves as a Consumer Representative on the Executive Board of the Conference for Food Protection (CFP), where she previously co-chaired the Allergen Committee (2021–2023).
